RETURNS

Autograph pens are so sure that you'll love their quality that if you find any manufacturing fault with their product, they will be happy to repair or replace it without a quibble. Just email us to obtain a return reference and return the product (minus any gift box) and they will repair or replace it with a new one.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do. However for the postage/courier charges, you will have to email us an inquiry.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you have to return an item, it is imperitive that you email first and otain a return reference prior to any such return.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Autograph pens are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects and guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase under normal use. However if you find a fault, please send it to us with a return reference number

for a free repair or replacement.
